Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS: We appreciate 24-hours notice for Discovery and Follow-Up session cancellations or rescheduling. FOR INTENSIVE SESSIONS: A lot of work goes into preparing for your personalized session, so these appointments require 5-business days notice to avoid a 20% penalty. If you need to cancel or reschedule your VIP session, we are happy to accommodate you, but please do so 5 days prior to your scheduled date/time. Thank you!
